ディストリクトセールスマネージャー/ District Sales Manager
A global HR management software company is looking for a District Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive new business, grow existing accounts, and close deals through strategic prospecting, solution-based selling, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing clients
- Identify prospect needs and build pipelines from inbound leads, campaigns, referrals, and other target market sources
- Deliver sales presentations, prepare solution proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
- Collaborate with Client Services, Technology, Marketing, Finance, and global sales teams to strengthen client value propositions
- Report weekly and monthly on sales performance, market updates, and improvement actions using standard tools and systems
- Build and execute sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Native level Japanese; proficient in English
Preferred requirements:
- Knowledge of the company HR, Payroll and Benefits knowledge and practices in Japan
