営業部長/ Sales Manager
A renowned logistics organisation is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead sales execution, grow SME accounts, and strengthen customer retention through close cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead field and inside sales activities to achieve commercial targets
- Generate sustainable new business opportunities with a strong focus on SME clients
- Align sales initiatives with customer care, pricing, and business development teams
- Monitor competitor pricing and product activity and share relevant market insights
- Support customer complaint resolution and coordinate smooth onboarding of new accounts
- Maintain customer data and review portfolios to improve engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation
