営業マネージャー/ Sales Manager
A global education consultancy company is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead sales performance, manage a team of education consultants, and drive student recruitment through strategic sales planning and client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage individual and team sales targets while supporting weekly KPI tracking and sales forecasting
- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations while collaborating with marketing teams on channel performance
- Support student applications to universities, including offer management and enrolment processes
- Develop and coach education consultants on sales best practices, customer service, and product knowledge
- Support performance management processes through monitoring and evaluating team performance
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team environment
- Maintain an organised and professional workspace to support operational efficiency
- Follow up on leads and enquiries to maximise student applications
- Provide visa guidance and assist with visa application submissions
- Coordinate with universities and education providers regarding training and student admissions
- Participate in education events and fairs to promote study opportunities and generate leads
- Contribute to the development and growth of the international education market
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in B2C sales
- Prior experience in sales leadership or team management
- Experience in client relationship management and partnership development
- Proficient in sales tools and platforms, including CRM systems and analytics tools
- Strong leadership ability with experience developing and motivating teams
- Proficient in written and verbal English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in the higher education industry or B2B sector
