エリアセールスマネージャー / Area Sales Manager
A multinational commercial real estate and flexible workspace company is looking for an Area Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive revenue growth by securing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and representing the company at industry events.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and report on a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
- Generate profitable new revenue through the acquisition of enterprise accounts and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with third-party partners such as corporate real estate advisors, agents, and consultants to convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with key accounts to understand client needs and position solutions effectively
- Act as a brand ambassador by attending and speaking at industry events, hosting workshops, and increasing brand awareness
- Partner with Operations and Sales teams across regions to ensure seamless customer experience and delivery of tailored workspace solutions
- Share customer insights and feedback to improve service delivery and inform solution development
- Support strategic business development initiatives and contribute to broader company growth goals
- Provide strategic insights to investment banking teams to support business development
Requirements:
- Experience in senior B2B sales, preferably within commercial real estate, flexible workspace, or service-driven industries
- Experience working directly with customers to map out product solutions and contract structures
- Experience within a global environment and matrix organisational structure
- Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned region
