CS&I セールスマネージャー/ CS&I Sales Manager
A global manufacturer of semiconductor capital equipment is looking for a CS&I Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead strategic business development while managing and developing a high-performing sales organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic market and product line business planning
- Identify key volume and strategic customers and build partnerships
- Analyse market data to uncover trends and growth opportunities
- Develop strategic direction and present market analysis to stakeholders
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve optimal performance
- Manage hiring, performance improvement, and team development with HR
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience as an individual contributor
