エリアセールスマネージャー/ District Sales Manager
An international cybersecurity company is looking for a District Sales Manager for Major Accounts. The selected candidate will lead regional enterprise sales teams, drive revenue growth, and develop a high-performance sales culture while managing large-scale FSI clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a team of quota-carrying and lead-generation sales professionals
- Drive revenue outcomes within the assigned region, territories, and district, exceeding sales quotas and goals
- Review weekly forecasts and business outcomes with sales representatives and leaders
- Coach, mentor, and develop sales representatives across the entire sales cycle
- Create and analyse sales metrics to provide insight into execution and strategy
- Collaborate with other District Sales Managers to craft and implement business strategies
- Stay knowledgeable on product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscapes
- Attend regional forecast and management calls to provide sales perspectives
Requirements:
- Sales experience and management experience in handling both quota-carrying and lead-generation inside sales teams
- Enterprise sales experience in networking or network security industries
- Strong knowledge of operations and structure within large Japanese financial institutions
- Experience with channel and partner sales models
- Experience hiring, developing, and retaining successful sales talent
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodology and ability to coach others
- Experience building strong cross-functional relationships across clients, partners, and internal teams
- Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and commercial practices
- Proficient in Salesforce.com
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Native level Japanese; business level English
