CVCマネージャー/ CVC Manager

A global tourism shopping tax refund company is looking for a Customer Value Creation Manager. The selected candidate will support the sales team by driving a structured value creation process through client analysis, strategic recommendations, and close stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team with a high-touch, consultative value creation approach for prospects and clients
• Lead executive-level discussions to raise awareness of tax-free shopping opportunities
• Facilitate value creation workshops to co-develop tailored action plans with client teams
• Define and structure action plans in collaboration with product, BI, and IT stakeholders
• Coordinate steering committees to monitor progress and continuously enrich action plans
• Navigate the complexity of Japanese department store operations to align business, data, and technology solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of professional experience (consulting firm or marketing positions or business development is ideal)
• Knowledge of Japanese retail business customs and culture
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Native level reading, written, spoken Japanese; fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in Retail or Luxury sector or consulting sector
