顧客価値創造マネージャー/ Customer Value Creation Manager
A global technology services company is looking for a Customer Value Creation Manager. The selected candidate will drive strategic initiatives with Japanese department store clients, leveraging data and insights to create actionable business value and support sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in the value creation process with prospects and clients
- Conduct open eye meetings to raise clients’ C-level awareness on Tax Free Shopping opportunities
- Facilitate value creation workshops to co-build customised action plans with client teams
- Define action plans based on workshop outcomes with internal teams, including products, BI, and IT
- Lead regular steering committees to coordinate rollout and continuously enrich action plans
- Analyse complex business needs and systems of Japanese department stores to propose solutions
- Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations and effectively present them to clients
- Collaborate transversally across IT, product, BI, and sales teams to ensure solution delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business
- More than 5 years of working experience in consulting, marketing, or business development
- Deep understanding of Japanese retail business customs and culture
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organisation, and autonomy
- Strong client-facing and customer orientation abilities
- Proficient in creating high-impact presentations (PowerPoint)
- Native level Japanese; fluent level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in the retail, luxury sector, or consulting sector
