販売マネージャー/ Sales Manager

A global beauty company is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead sales operations, develop and execute retail strategies, and drive revenue growth across department stores and semi-self-stores.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily sales activities and ensure KPIs are met across assigned stores
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Cultivate strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and field staff
• Analyse sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets
• Lead, coach, and develop the retail sales team to drive engagement and performance
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, Supply Chain, VM, and global teams for seamless execution of initiatives
• Monitor weekly sales performance and provide insights to senior management

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of sales leadership experience in cosmetics or luxury beauty retail
• Proven success in department store and semi-self-store field operations
• Proficient in strategic planning, commercial analysis, and team leadership
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred requirements:

• Fluent level English
