営業部長/ Sales Manager
A leading food company is seeking a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales growth by managing distributor relationships, executing sales strategies, and expanding business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for distributors and partners
- Oversee sales execution including demand planning, pricing, forecasting, stock, and deliveries
- Lead negotiations with existing clients and products (70%)
- Prospect new clients, channels, and products (30%)
- Collaborate with R&D and QA teams on product development and improvements
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, foreign trade, engineering, or similar
- Experience in sales to distributor, retailer, and food service in Japan
- Prior experience in food industry / FMCG
- Understanding of foreign trade business (export / import documents and international regulations)
- Familiarity with industrial process, specs and quality standards of meat industry (pork and chicken)
- Skilled in MS Excel
- Proficient in Japanese and English (Portuguese is ideal)
