営業部長/ Sales Manager
A global FMCG company is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead sales strategy, manage key accounts, and drive distribution growth across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets across assigned accounts and channels
- Develop annual and quarterly sales plans aligned with brand strategy
- Lead joint business planning and negotiations with key accounts
- Expand distribution across modern trade, HORECA, and e-commerce channels
- Design and execute promotions to drive trial and repeat purchase
- Track sales KPIs, analyse performance, and provide market insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, or a relevant domain
- 5-10 years of experience in FMCG/beverage sales (premium or imported brand experience is a plus)
- Native level Japanese; business level English
