中小企業向け営業マネージャー/ SMB Sales Manager
A global electronics manufacturer is seeking an SMB Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive revenue growth through new acquisitions, renewals, and value-based sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve revenue targets through new logo acquisition, renewals, and turnkey solutions
- Lead contract negotiations and manage tender documentation with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and development teams to execute territorial business plans
- Support ecosystem development through partner engagement and university collaborations
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility using CRM tools
- Generate leads through digital channels and events while managing virtual order closures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Civil, Electrical, Aerospace, Marine etc.)
Preferred requirements:
- MBA (Sales and Marketing)
