営業部長/ Sales Manager
A global aviation manufacturer is seeking a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will manage accounts, develop strategic proposals, and oversee sales activities across multiple areas. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with designated accounts in the aviation and aerospace industry
- Develop, present, and monitor sales forecasts and create action plans to meet targets
- Prepare and negotiate compliant and commercially viable bids and proposals
- Identify and drive growth opportunities, focusing on campaign sales such as MRO, retrofits, and upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maximise customer satisfaction
- Conduct sales and marketing activities, including necessary travel, to expand business
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 5 years of experience in the aircraft and aerospace industry in Japan, commercial spares, logistics, engineering, or MNC is ideal
- Experience with ERP (Pentagon2000) is a plus
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Proficient in Power BI
- Ability and willingness to travel
