営業部長/ Sales Manager
A global renewable energy company is seeking a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and strengthen partnerships in the solar industry. This is a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure sales opportunities aligned with strategic goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, installers, and utility companies
- Manage revenue forecasts and track sales performance to meet targets
- Partner with PV project developers to position the company as a preferred supplier
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to support product development
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in technical domain (electrical engineering or mechanical engineering is a plus)
- More than 3 years of experience in technical sales is preferred
- Experience in the PV industry is ideal
- Prior experience in an international organisation is advantageous
- Fluent level Japanese and English
