営業・事業開発マネージャー/ Sales & Business Development Manager
A global insurance company is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will lead the full sales cycle, drive revenue growth, and manage key client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Set annual goals and financial targets for assigned clients in alignment with team objectives
- Manage the end-to-end sales and business development process, from product planning to deal execution
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
- Retain key clients and build a strong pipeline of potential accounts
- Oversee P&L performance, track progress against goals, and provide regular business reports
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth and upselling opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 8 years of sales or business development experience
- Experience dealing with telecom carriers
- Proficient in Japanese and English
