販売スーパーバイザー/ Sales Supervisor
A global biotechnology company is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead its Food Ingredients Business Unit. The selected candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and drive business growth across Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve annual targets
- Forecast and establish national sales plans, including quotas and revenue goals
- Create and execute field sales action plans to expand business opportunities
- Maintain optimal sales performance by monitoring market trends and competitors
- Conduct direct sales visits to customers and negotiate new business opportunities
- Collaborate with headquarters to enhance technical and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Experience in food industry (B2B) is ideal
- Ability and willingness to travel locally and overseas
- Proficient in English
