卸売営業シニアマネージャー/ Wholesale Sales Senior Manager

A global investment management company is seeking a Senior Manager for Wholesale Sales. The successful candidate will lead sales initiatives, strengthen key client relationships, and promote investment products across financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and manage relationships with major financial institutions including securities firms, broker-dealers, and banks
• Promote and provide support for existing and new investment products to distributors and client branches
• Develop and execute marketing strategies targeting regional and non-focus clients
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Specialists, and Client Services to address client needs and expand business opportunities
• Stay informed on financial markets, products, and competitor trends to maintain a strong market position
• Work closely with team members to manage client relationships and fund promotion activities

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in sales in asset management industry or relevant domain
• More than 5 years of experience in a product-related role in the financial service industry is a plus
• Skilled in investment strategies and financial instruments (equities, fixed income, and FX)
• Understanding of investment management business in Japan
• Possess valid CFA, CMA, or CAIA is ideal
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in written and spoken English is preferred
