地域営業部長/ Manager, Regional Sales
A global manufacturing company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. The selected candidate will oversee customer relations, manage sales performance, and identify business growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer communication and support
- Prepare and deliver timely quotations and review purchase orders for accuracy
- Provide inventory updates and coordinate order processing to ensure on-time delivery
- Track and report sales performance, escalating issues when targets are not met
- Collaborate with HQ and local teams to identify new business opportunities and capacity needs
- Support invoicing, logistics coordination, and project management for key accounts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 5 years of experience in the sales department, business with manufacturing customers (Semiconductor or analytical industry)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent level written and spoken English
