営業・プロジェクトマネージャー（HVAC）/ Sales & Project Manager HVAC

A renowned manufacturing company is seeking a Sales & Project Manager for its HVAC business. The successful candidate will lead project execution while driving business development and client relationships in the railway sector.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate HVAC projects from planning to completion
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments
• Act as the primary client contact throughout project execution
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Japanese market
• Prepare proposals, deliver sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to achieve company goals

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in project management, sales, or a relevant role within the HVAC or rolling stock industry
• Experience with international and domestic teams or clients
• Prior technical (HVAC or mechanical engineering) or commercial (sales/business development) background is ideal
• Knowledge of Japanese railway industry standards and practices is ideal
• Possess valid PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
• Native level Japanese; business level English
