ビジネスセールスリーダー/ Business Sales Leader
A global healthcare company is hiring a Business Sales Leader, Dental Solutions. The selected candidate will drive sales growth through strategic leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data-driven sales strategy to expand customer base and boost revenue
- Lead the sales team in implementing the annual strategy and achieving sales targets
- Collaborate with regional and global leaders to manage financials and drive performance
- Monitor team sales activities, provide regular forecasts, and ensure goal alignment
- Deliver market insights to inform product positioning and business direction
- Recruit, coach, and develop team members aligned with business goals
Requirements:
- More than 15 years of experience in the dental products or medical device industry
- More than 5 years of experience managing a sizeable team
- Experience in sales or marketing management role or similar in a business setting
- Prior experience in building strong channel partner relationships and managing overall channel processes
- Proven experience in developing a high-performance culture
- Business level English
