ホールセールマネージャー/ Wholesale Manager

A global luxury watch brand is looking for a Wholesale Manager. The selected candidate will drive wholesale strategies, build strong distribution channels, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop wholesale distribution strategy aligned with global and local brand directions
• Build a strong market network and secure new retail locations to expand brand presence
• Lead sales target achievement and analyse performance to drive improvements
• Define and execute sell-out activations to boost sales
• Manage key accounts and ensure effective sell-in/sell-out practices
• Build trusted relationships with partners to maximise mutual growth
• Develop strategic sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting to meet monthly goals
• Monitor competitor activity and report market insights to management
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, VMD, and training teams to align initiatives
• Conduct regular training sessions for retailers and key tenants to enhance product knowledge

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in wholesale or retail management with team leadership
• More than 5 years of management experience
• Experience in the watch or luxury industry is ideal
• Strong retail background is also a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; basic level English
