セールスマネージャー/ Sales Manager
A global environmental services company is seeking a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive channel management, business development, and growth strategies to expand market share and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage distribution channels to increase sales and reach
- Cultivate key partnerships with OEMs and consultants to address customer needs
- Provide product and commercial training to channel partners to enhance sales skills
- Perform pipeline audits to ensure a strong opportunity pipeline for sales growth
- Ensure sufficient inventory levels through regular inventory audits
- Design and implement incentive programs to motivate channel partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, business, or science
- More than 5 years of experience (selling or marketing water treatment products directly or through channel partners to multiple industry segments is preferred)
- Experience with channel partners, distributors, or EPCs
- Knowledge of the Japan market and competitive activity
- Professional level Japanese and English
