セールスマネージャー/ Sales Manager
A global food manufacturer is seeking a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales growth by managing distributor relationships, developing market strategies, and optimising sales performance. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Set sales targets, negotiate terms, and align market strategies with distributors
- Develop and oversee joint business plans, tracking key performance indicators
- Monitor sales data, analyse trends, and implement incentive programs
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and indirect customers
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, ensuring market expansion
- Lead commercial plans, product launches, and marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in sales in food ingredients distribution or food service
- Understanding of chocolate/gourmet ingredients industry is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English
