セールスマネージャー / Sales Manager
A global solar module manufacturer is seeking a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will manage customer acquisition and relationships while driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers and manage existing relationships
- Track key account activities using Salesforce and report to leadership
- Participate in local and regional trade fairs
- Drive market share growth
- Increase revenue, profitability, and cash flow aligned with KPIs
- Support marketing initiatives and communications
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in corporate sales
- Experience in B2B sales
- Prior experience in the execution of sales targets
- Knowledge of the local Japanese market
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Proficient in Japanese (English or Chinese is a plus)
