セールスサポートマネージャー/ Sales Support Manager

A renowned manufacturing firm is seeking a Sales Support Manager. The successful candidate will oversee customer communication, team leadership, and order management to ensure process efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to ensure timely order fulfillment and implement improvements
• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams
• Lead and develop a team of two order processors
• Support sales with contract management and price quotations
• Oversee timely invoicing to ensure revenue generation
• Act as the primary contact for suppliers regarding forecasts and orders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business or a relevant domain
• More than 5 years of experience in order processing or commercial sales support
• Experience in line management is a plus
• Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP solutions is ideal
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or similar is preferred
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese (native spoken is desired) and English
