セールスマネージャー/ Sales Manager

A global automotive technology company is seeking a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will focus on customer management, sales optimisation, and strategic planning with key automotive and clients. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Present and explain product strengths and sales points to automotive clients
• Assist the Director in developing and monitoring long- and mid-term business plans
• Communicate with production locations regarding capacity, capex, and KPIs
• Monitor customer revenue and review financial forecasts with the team
• Manage price control, including adjustments for design changes and volume loss
• Focus on customer satisfaction through strong relationships and compliance-free activities
• Lead resource development and training across various areas including manufacturing and leadership
• Assist in legal contracts, including purchase agreements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or Technical Business Administration
• More than 3 years of experience in an industrial or automotive environment
• Proven experience in customer management, price control, and financial reporting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to manage teams and develop resources in manufacturing, leadership, and finance
• Possess a valid MBA qualification preferred
• Business level Japanese and English
