エアポートセールスマネージャー/ Airport Sales Manager

A global outdoor advertising company is seeking an Airport Sales Manager/Senior Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and lead airport advertising strategies. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities
• Lead airport sales strategy and oversee team management
• Recruit, train, and evaluate the sales team
• Maintain and grow relationships with key clients and agencies
• Collaborate with airport authorities and group companies to optimise media strategies
• Manage team budgets and financial expenses

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of sales experience
• More than 3 years of team management experience
• Practical experience in advertising sales at a media owner (TV, radio, magasine, OOH, internet, etc.) is ideal
• Experience in advertising media at large worldwide company with proven sales methodologies (FMCG companies or consumer goods)
• Proven experience in media sales or outdoor advertising
• Experience with airport authorities is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Native level Japanese; business level English
