セールスマネージャー/ Sales Manager

An international chemical manufacturer is searching for a Sales Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing and developing sales for the Polymer Additives business unit in Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop sales in Japan for the Polymer Additives business unit
• Constantly monitor industry trends, market, and competitor activity
• Develop and execute business plans based on monthly market analysis
• Ensure proper filing of forecasting accuracy (IBP) and receivable management (DSO)
• Evaluate new business opportunities to increase market coverage of all product lines
• Share key market information with other sales managers in APAC

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, chemistry, polymer science, or business (MBA is a plus)
• Experience in price negotiation, resource management, and conflict management (both internal and external)
• Prior direct selling experience (major multinational corporations is desirable)
• Knowledge of the Polymer Additives industry and technical or marketing background is preferred
• Ability to deliver English presentations
• Intermediate level English
