セールスマネージャー/ Sales Manager

A renowned global leader in dairy products is seeking a Sales. The selected candidate will manage sales follow-up, distributor relationships, sourcing, and trade marketing to maximise brand visibility and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide insightful monthly sales reports and analyse performance against targets
• Conduct comprehensive sales data analysis to identify market opportunities and threats
• Ensure effective execution of promotional plans to maximise sales
• Optimise the distribution network by analysing sales distribution and market trends
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key distributors to support long-term growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage sourcing and ensure efficient product delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in food sales
• Proven experience in sales performance analysis and distributor management
• Experience in an import food trading company is desirable
• Familiarity with the dairy industry is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English (French or Italian is a plus)
