セールスマネージャー/ Sales Manager

A global industrial power solutions provider is looking for an Industrial Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive growth by managing customer relationships, developing market strategies, and providing technical assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical specifications for industrial products to maximise sales
• Implement market strategies to expand the company’s presence in Japan
• Plan and deliver technical assistance to achieve or exceed sales forecasts
• Conduct technical seminars to educate distributors, integrators, and OEMs
• Build strong relationships with key customers to enhance satisfaction and long-term business prospects
• Prepare technical proposals that align with customer needs and company capabilities
• Provide regular reports on customer performance and progress
• Oversee the application and engineering process to ensure timely service
• Monitor and take corrective actions on customer performance versus plan
• Take ownership of customer programs and ensure alignment with business goals
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets
• Prepare product presentations to increase awareness and understanding

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of relevant industry experience
• High-level knowledge of industrial products and their applications
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, SAP, and other database systems
• Possess a valid Hydraulic system adjustment technician certification is preferred
• Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
