A global chemical company is seeking a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the sales budget, managing distributor and direct accounts, and driving market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Business Manager in planning and executing the annual sales budget
- Manage existing distributor and direct accounts, including performance reviews
- Develop new business channels and opportunities
- Coordinate product training and technical support for distributors
- Analyse market intelligence and provide insights to the management team
- Actively participate in sales meetings, distributor meetings, and trade shows
- Prepare monthly and yearly sales reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry or Business-related field
- More than 5 years of sales experience in the chemical industry within an international company
- Understanding of the Japanese business model and market
- Knowledge of end-user applications
- Fluent level Japanese; proficient in verbal and written English (Chinese is a plus)
