A global control systems manufacturer is seeking a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive OEM sales, market expansion, and manage key customer relationships in the industry. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers
- Manage basic account plans, including business level, key contacts, and opportunities
- Build and maintain multi-level customer relationships to achieve price, margin, and growth targets
- Provide input for demand forecasting and ensure revenue forecasts are met
- Lead cross-functional teams in proposal development and customer presentations
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, supporting PMO for successful product introductions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Arts, Sciences, or related technical/business discipline
- 2-5 years of commercial experience in a related industry
- Extensive product knowledge and ability to interface with customers
- Proficient in proposal development and strategic sales
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Native level Japanese
