An international manufacturing company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager. The selected candidate will support regional business operations across sales strategy execution, account management, training coordination, market analysis, insights communication, and event participation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist regional Senior Business Manager to plan and execute annual sales budget, implementing sales and marketing strategy in the assigned market
- Manage existing distributor and direct account relationships globally
- Coordinate functions to deliver product training and technical support to distributors professionally
- Analyse market and competitive intelligence
- Inform management team about trends, potential risks, and changes
- Participate in company’s sales meetings, distributor meetings, and trade shows
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in chemistry
- More than 5 years of sales experience in chemical (international company is ideal)
- Knowledge of Japanese business module and market situation
- Understanding of end-user applications
- Fluent level Japanese’ proficient in written and spoken English (Chinese is preferred)
