A global food company is seeking a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead sales strategy and business development efforts, focusing on expanding market presence and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales and business with customers, integrating vertically in the sales chain
- Evaluate and develop business plans for products
- Expand client portfolio through new sales channels, emphasising supermarkets, retail, and food service
- Manage and collaborate with the team on business plan development and product profitability
- Build relationships with strategic stakeholders in process, logistics, and distribution
- Analyse and open key sales channels including retail, food service, e-commerce, and markets
- Develop regional business opportunities and manage customer portfolios to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of sales experience in FMCG/Food Industry
- Proven track record in FMCG/Food-related industry sales
- Fluent level Japanese business-level English proficiency.
