An international consumer electronics company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager. The chosen applicant will initiate a sales plan, target, and strategy to execute the pursuit strategy for new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new opportunities by driving early engagement activities
- Lead a global team for commercial sourcing negotiations with the customer
- Manage quote offer letters, NDA, MPA and other contracts
- Understand customer expectations (cost, requirements, timing) and define internal targets to meet them
- Manage customer demand (forecast) with internal team
- Regular executive customer and internal meeting
- Quarterly review of business and financial KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 5 years of related sales experience
- More than 3 years of experience in automotive
- Understanding of P&L statements, business cases and quotes, or contracts
- Basic automotive engineering skillset
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience within or working with multiple J-OEMs is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive OEM’s organisation and processes is a plus
- Proficient in English
