A global industrial machinery manufacturer is seeking an Aftermarket Area Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive booking targets and growth strategies, utilising activities-based selling processes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver booking targets and growth strategies, managing bookings forecasting for assigned territories
- Utilise business activities-based selling processes to secure all open opportunities
- Identify and develop selling strategies for current or underserved accounts through channel partners, including direct interaction with end users
- Provide technical consulting and commercial support to end users and channel partners
- Contribute insights on customer solutions and service offerings to enhance reliability and operational effectiveness
- Develop detailed plans for territory bookings & growth in alignment with the strategic plan
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant domain is ideal
- More than 5 years of experience with plant automation equipment is a plus
- Experience selling equipment in diverse markets, petroleum and petrochemicals, refineries O&G, and general industries
- Understanding of the pump and compressor market, and relevant equipment products
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Business level written and verbal English
