An international auto parts manufacturer is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive sales development for specific accounts within a Customer Business Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare and validate commercial offers
- Manage and mentor a team of Sales Engineers
- Oversee sales and ensure profitability
- Lead sales aspects of multiple programs
- Execute acquisition strategies and lead negotiations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
- More than 10 years of professional experience
- Experience as Sales Engineer or Manager of Tier 1
- Prior experience in acquisition and program sales implementation
- Possess a valid driver’s licence
- Native level Japanese; business level English
