An international mobility company is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will engage with global partners and customers, including affiliated groups and community members, while prioritising the balance between internal and external customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Interact globally with customers, involving group company and community, balancing internal and external customer requirements
- Collect accounts receivable, R&D costs, commercial claims, etc.
- Lead tasks related to sales planning (SPOT, CDP, Acquisition Planning, etc.)
- Prepare documents for respective customers internally and externally
- Foster strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Report directly to the Head of Sales
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience with J-OEMs
- More than 10 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of the customer's strategy, roadmap, sourcing, and decision-making process is preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Proficient in English and Japanese
