A renowned renewable energy company is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will develop and implement a revenue-focused territory plan in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the business plan and manage tactical and key account plans with the Head of Sales to secure revenue
- Develop and implement local strategy in alignment with the global strategy with the Head of Sales
- Achieve order intake and margin objectives for the product portfolio
- Expand revenue growth in the local market through sales professional development
- Oversee the project pipeline and pricing within established guidelines
- Cultivate relationships with customer decision-makers to offer the best product and service solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 3 years of management experience
- Experience in the PV (photovoltaic) industry
- Proficient in English (TOEIC 700+); Native level Japanese
