Responsibilities:
- Adapt commercial strategy for new product innovations
- Design and implement the annual commercial roadmap
- Foster quality customer relationships
- Train and coach commercial partners through regular meetings
- Manage license agreements and contract negotiations
- Maintain detailed records of licensee contracts
Requirements:
- Experience as an entrepreneur, or as a food service manager in FMCG sector
- Prior experience as a manager in a catering institution
- Understanding of catering business functioning
