An international electrical instruments manufacturer is searching for a Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be in charge of driving the sales for business to meet the budgets locally. This position is based in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets locally on a quarterly and annual basis
- Establish strong customer relationships through regular calls
- Monitor and fulfil sales quotas for Retailers Quarterly Rebate Scheme
- Keep channel and retail clients updated on new products and pricing changes
- Conduct product training and sales plan briefings for channel retailers
- Maintain close communication with key accounts and sales outlets
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of channel sales experience in consumer electronics, appliance, or consumer products relevant discipline
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Japanese
