サービス＆コントラクトマネージャー/ Service and Contract Manager

A foreign telecommunications and data centre service provider is searching for a Service and Contract Manager. This position will be responsible for handling the company’s complex service management activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of service management activities in line with client requirements
• Monitor operational performance and provide suggestions for improvements
• Oversee client escalation and ensure customer satisfaction
• Supervise contract management activities
• Ensure quality customer experience to drive customer loyalty
• Assist with account development planning processes in the entire customer life cycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in service management, customer relationship management, or a similar role
• Possess valid qualification in ITIL V4, Prince, or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience within the network infrastructure environment is ideal
• Prior experience in continuous improvement activities and solutions management
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in Japanese and English
