A global scientific and medical instruments company is looking to hire a Sales Manager. The candidate who enters this role will have responsibilities covering sales planning, management of distribution channels, pricing structures, product management, etc.
- Develop sales plans for new and existing products aligned with marketing plans
- Manage distributors and suggest changes in discount structures
- Study pricing, operating income, and costs within the budget to establish pricing structures
- Evaluate potential sales and profit of products to make recommendations
- Manage staff and plan professional growth and development of the team
- 8+ years of experience managing a sales team
- Strategic sales planning experience
- Market survey and analysis, presentation, computer literacy skills
- Knowledge of products, distribution channels, etc.
