- Drive booking growth, developing new sales and marketing strategies that will acquire new corporate customer leads and strengthen relationships
- Hire, train, and manage a team of sales managers and executives
- Plan and oversee serviced apartments
- Build a solid CRM program
- Develop an in-depth understanding of serviced apartments
- Strong conversational and written English and Japanese
- Highly driven and self-motivated
- Candidates with experience in real estate, hotel, property, and online marketplace platform highly preferred
- Proven experience launching a company/start-up or product of a similar scale
