A leading international scientific equipment manufacturing group is searching for an individual with previous management experience in a call center or telesales position. In the role of TeleCommerce Leader, the candidate selected for this position will undertake a variety of lead generation activities and KPI monitoring tasks, managing a team off professionals in a global organization.
- Manage and monitor the leads distribution process
- Review lead generation with marketing
- Monitor the KPIs of inside sales, telesales and telemarketing
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews of the KPI dashboard and take appropriate actions
- Benchmark team members in performance and seek improvements
- Experience managing a call center or telesales team with clear KPI performance management
- People management experience
- Basic marketing understanding
- CRM experience
- Business level English; ability to participate in international conference calls, training and meetings
