A medical devices company is looking for a highly motivated candidate to join them as Area Manager. Using your medical sales equipment experience, you will have the opportunity to travel and generate new business leads and manage distribution partners.
- Communicate the value of the company’s products—both medical and veterinary—in a clear, compelling way to potential distributors and end-users
- Work with distribution partners to understand the needs of their respective markets and to develop sales strategies specific to those needs
- Work with distribution partners to formulate and achieve aggressive quarterly and yearly sales goals
- Conduct regular visits with distributor sales reps to help them qualify lead and close sales with end-users
- Generate new business and new business leads
- Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Willingness to travel 75-90% of the time
- Capital equipment or medical sales experience; experience in laboratory diagnostics, especially point-of-care a plus
- A university or graduate degree or equivalent
- Fluent in Japanese and English
