A multinational manufacturing company is seeking a results-driven sales professional with customer relations management experience to join them as the Sales Manager. In this position, the successful candidate will develop strategic sales plans to drive further growth of a leading international firm.
- Assess strengths and weaknesses of sales team and manage the sales strategy
- Monitor sales activities across all domestic sales channels and penetrate new markets
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales functions with generating lead and closing deals
- Meet with customers to discuss their needs and assess quality of customer relationship
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and action plans
- Bachelor’s degree in business/communications/engineering/physics
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience; 4+ years of work experience in a leadership sales role
- Proven track record of superior performance metrics
- Excellent negotiation skills and strong decision making abilities
- Hands-on familiarity with CRM
