インサイドセールス/ Inside Sales

An international research company is looking for a Inside Sales professional. In this position, the qualified applicant will be grasping company technologies and customers' technical needs broadly. This position is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate via email with overseas colleagues for information gathering
• Deliver technical presentations
• Support field sales with technical materials
• Accompany field sales during customer visits
• Coordinate between Field Sales and the international lab
• Prepare reporting materials for sharing business updates with Japan sales and general managers and international colleagues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in material, chemistry science, or related domain
• Experience in Semicon process
• Prior experience in the semiconductor or analytical equipment business
• Understanding of analytical techniques or equipment (mass spectrometry)
• Proficient in English; business level Japanese (JLPT N2+)
