A global tech company is looking for a new Inside Sales Professional. The individual in this position will focus on attaining new customers mainly through cold calling. This is great opportunity to advance your career with a globally successful company.
- Perform cold calls to potential customers
- Research potential sales leads via business directories, web sites, tradeshows, networking, etc.
- Maintain a database of potential customers in a CRM
- Maintain good relationships with potential customers by understanding customer needs and answering customer questions
- Cooperate with the sales team to build an effective sales pipeline and close sales
- Track sales metrics
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of scientific, manufacturing, and sales processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Previous call centre or sales experience is a plus
- CRM or Salesforce proficiency is a plus
