チャネル営業マネージャー/ Channel Sales Manager
A global machinery manufacturing company is looking for a Channel Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive profitable growth of Industry Products Division products through sales strategy, key account management, and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee development and implementation of annual regional tactical sales plan to achieve or exceed divisional growth objectives
- Design and oversee specific field marketing initiatives, including pricing strategies and promotions, in accordance with established guidelines
- Identify and communicate to the Marketing Department product, promotion, and program opportunities that meet market needs
- Complete and present quarterly tactical planning with the sales personnel
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with senior management and key distributors
- Oversee and approve the execution of all written distributor agreements and strategic plans
- Monitor and report on monthly sales performance, including activities, results, opportunities, service or delivery issues, and competitive developments
- Lead, mentor, manage, and staff a team of sales members, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and promoting a culture of excellence
- Drive team performance by setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and facilitating professional growth opportunities
- Establish, manage, and be accountable for the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with organisational strategic objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, marketing, or a technical field
- More than 7 years of sales experience, successful sales experience (including key distributor and market share growth)
- Global industrial manufacturing experience and knowledge
- Effective leadership and coaching skills, with experience in team development and training
- Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to develop and implement short- and long-term sales/marketing strategies, with strong skills in planning, prioritising, problem-solving, and decision making.
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Possess a valid driver’s licence
Preferred Requirements:
- MBA or Master’s degree
- More than 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience
